He make another flame sword wave, of course the turtle immediately got inside again. Alex too, make a few fire arrow again. But this time he also closing in together with his fire arrow. When his fire arrow exploded, as he expected. The turtle was also come out. He immediately swing his sword to it’s head with sword intent.

He manage to sever the turtle’s head with this. He sighed relieved, he never fight with a defensive monster. This is a good experience with him.

“Why I don’t do this from the first time?” He said puzzledly. If there are people watching him, suddenly heard what he said. They will immediately snapped,’You want to payback what the turtle did to you’ they said.

He shake his head and check his status.

He grabbed the turtle core. He a bit disappointed when seeing the turtle body was gone. If he can take the shell back, he can make a shield from it. He reluctantly went back, but before he reach the stairs he notice a few people coming down.

They and Alex look at each other.

“Hi…” Alex decided to greet them. there are five people in this group, most of them was in their forties.

“Hi…” The leader greet Alex back. “Young man, do you see the turtle boss in this room?” He look at the room but there are no turtle. So he asked Alex.

“It’s already gone, I killed it” he innocently said.

“You killed it?” he was shocked.

“You really killed it?” He want to confirm it once again.

“Yes” Alex nod.

This was a shocking news to him, “Are you a rank 6 hunter?”. He didn’t want to believe it, this young man under twenty killed that turtle.

“No… Look I’m still a bronze rank hunter”. He point at his badge.

“Then..then how do you co…” He want to say come here first, since bronze rank usually in the upper floor. But this is not the problem. Because, “Young man, are you really kill it?”

“Yes, look this is the core” he pulled out the blueish core.

“…” This middle-aged and his team gasped “I’m sorry, We are a gold rank party from hunter guild. This monster boss already killed many rank 4 hunter. The hunter guild already send one rank 5 team to kill this monster, but they never come back. So we are the one who was sent next”

“…” Alex speechless, if he know this is the case. Then he might lie about this, just say an expert come and kill it. So, he as well tell the truth “I blow him from the inside”

“Yes, when the turtle went back to it’s shell. I kill him since at that time it is vulnerable.” Alex make an excuse. But there are still half the truth of his words. If not for his tyrannical Pure Fire, no normal hunter can manage to kill the turtle like that.

The hunters pondering for a while and nod, the plan is feasible.

“Then are you going back to the surface?” the middle-aged man asked.

“Yes, you all can go back first. I still need to manage my backpack first” He pointed at the big backpack, the backpack was a few times bigger from Alex, and filled with monster’s core he killed during this month.

“Alright, We also only plan to kill this turtle not to dive into the dungeon. So we will go back first and report to the hunter guild.” He said.

On the stairs, there are two middle-aged man coming down. If Alex see one of them, he will recognize him. He is Tony, the one he meet in 40th floor. This two man was happily chatting. But suddenly they noticed the commotion. The two of them displeased. They immediately approach the source of this commotion.

The middle-aged man went to the receptionist, “What happen in here?” he said coldly.

“This two brat want to make a ruckus in here” The receptionist pointed at Alex and Yuna.

Tony didn’t go to the receptionist, but he go to the young man. He recognized this young man, “Haha, Young Alex. You have finally come back”

“Ah.. Mr. Tony” Alex surprised.

“Tony, do you know him?” The middle aged-man surprised.

“Bernard, This is Alex, the one I talk about” Tony said.

“What! This is the one?” Bernard shocked. He just talked about a young man killing the turtle that even rank 5 hunter can’t kill, but he displeased when they are chatting, there is a commotion.

Then Tony turned to Alex “Alex, this is Bernard, he is this hunter guild branch head”

“Greeting to you, Branch Head Bernard” Alex greet him.

“Haha… no need to polite with me. Treat me like Tony here” He said. “And also what happen in here?”

“I want to sell my monster core, but he didn’t count how many inside, and just give 15 gold coins at the price”

“What!” he heard from tony, If Alex manage to kill that turtle. That means Alex can kill most of rank 4 monsters. If in the bag there are many rank 4 monster, the price would be multiple times from that. Alex is Silver rank or even above, but he also still so young. Alex potential is limitless, but this receptionist offend him.

He coldly look at the receptionist. “You are dismissed.”

“What?” The receptionist shocked. “guild master, why you dismissed me? I already work here for 10 years”

“Alex, you are from lower floor right?” Tony chat with Alex in low voice.

“How many rank 4 monster you kill?” He asked.

“Hmm, I didn’t count them. But there are ten rank 5 monster core in the bag” Alex said.

“What! You have killed ten rank 5 monsters?” He unconsciously shouted, he was too shocked with Alex.

Just when the guild master want to angry to this receptionist, he heard Tony shouted about Alex killing ten rank 5 monsters. He was shocked.

The receptionist hearing this, his face become pale. This mean he just offending the soon-to-be Gold Rank Hunter. He already worked in this guild for 10 years, but he still polite when dealing with silver ranked hunter, but when dealing with gold rank hunter, he didn’t dare to make them displeased. But Alex manage to kill rank 5 monsters, this mean he is edible to become gold rank hunter.

“Young Sir.. I..I… Please forgive me” he pleaded.

Alex ignored him, and look at Bernard. “The Hunter Guild have it’s own rule.” He didn’t know about this hunter guild rule. But even he hate this receptionist, he still have to give face to the guild master.

The guild master look at the receptionist “According to the rule of the guild, a Gold ranked Hunter can get a special treatment. But you disregard everything, so you are dismissed”. ‘soon to be though’ he add inwardly

“Sir.. Sir.. I have worked for this guild for 10 years. Please..”

All of them already ignoring his plead. The guild master turned to Alex, “Haha, young man let’s go to my room. I will count them myself”

“This…I will trouble the guild master” He said awkwardly, before that he turned to Yuna “Thanks miss Yuna for standing up for me”

“No no… I just do what I need to do” She shake her head.

“Oh, you know her?” Bernard said.

“Yes, she is the one who register me here. She is a good employee, she is honest and diligent.” Alex said.

“Oh, Young miss your name?”

“Yuna greet guild master”

“Yuna huh… How about you become my secretary? Since young Alex said you are capable, then it’s perfect.”

“guild master…I…” She turned to Alex who nod his head. “I Accept, I Thank guild master for this chance”

“Haha.. It’s because your capability. Let’s follow me to my office as well”

“Haha… Nice to you Bernard. I will go home now, you all can chat away.” Tony said.

“Tony, Let me treat you for a drink next time” Bernard said.

“Sure, I will looked forward to it” Tony said and left.

Alex and Yuna follow Bernard to his office.

“Since you want to exchange the core, let’s count them first”

Alex nod, “How to count it?”

“Just pour all of them here” He pointed at the floor.

Alex surprised, “Really?” He asked again for confirmation.

“Yep, just pour them all to the floor” He said.
