“F*ck! Whether I want to or not, who are you to know?! Quit wasting my time and hand me your wallets! Last warning!” The robber barked, feeling increasingly urgent as bystanders gathered.
“No, you quit wasting OUR time!” Albion said.
“Fine! Then go die!”
The robber immediately tried to slice Albion’s throat. However, Albion moved even quicker! The kitchen knife was disarmed from the robber and crushed into a scrap metal ball before Albion tossed it to the side.
Although he confirmed that the kitchen knife was not made of Phantasmium, he would not retake his chances. He already learned his lesson.
The Apocalypse supposedly threatens all life. Even if he has the True Immortal Body, he was not exempted from the equation! This is even more so when he has a system that is supposed to him survive the Apocalypse!
“You still want to have a go at me?” Albion glared at the robber.
“N-No, sir!”
The robber fell back on his butt with wide eyes in terror. They were not kidding when they said not to go there. He had indeed kicked an iron plate this time!
“Then, scram!” Albion barked.
“Hiiii—Yes, sir!”
The robber immediately scurried to his feet and escaped into an alleyway where the onlookers could no longer see them.
Everyone witnessed a crime taking place, but no one stepped forward to help. Instead, they just took out their phones; some used them to record while the more sensible ones called the police.
“Did anyone catch that?” A young female live streamer asked her phone while directing it to her face with the scene in her background.
[Omg, did that person just scrapped a kitchen knife with his bare hands? How tough does your skin have to be to not get cut by it?]
[Who cares about that?! He is so handsome! Can someone ask for his number for me, please? At least give me his name!]
[Shut up, fangirl. Everyone cares! That person might be a martial art grandmaster or a Hunter with an awakened defensive ability!]
[No, you shut up! I am a man!]

The chat fell silent.
Meanwhile, Klein Seymour was surprised by Albion’s mercy.
“You’re going to let that person go just like that, Young Master Albion?” Klein Seymour asked.
Albion nodded and said, “Yeah, I don’t want to cause any big scenes until my identification card is completed. When will your brother get here? I wish to leave and avoid the cops if possible.”
“I’m not sure, but I doubt it will be any time soon.” Klein Seymour answered wryly.
Albion frowned and said, “Then let us head back to the car and leave first. You can inform your brother to meet us elsewhere—”
Boom!
A nearby shop suddenly exploded and burst into flames! Shattered glasses flew everywhere, and the nearby pedestrians were immediately thrown into chaos!
“What happened?!”
“The bakery just exploded!”
“That’s wasn’t a normal explosion; that was a bomb!”
“Ah? Was it a terrorist attack?”
Amidst chaotic pedestrians nearby, Albion noticed a red dot appeared on Klein Seymour’s head and immediately barked, “Get down!”
Bang!
The gunshot sounded from a distance, and the bullet ripped through the air, closing in rapidly as Albion pressed Klein Seymour’s shoulder down.
The bullet zipped past Klein Seymour and narrowly missed his head before imprinting itself in a building next to him.
Klein Seymour felt his scalp tingle with all his hair rising. He was so close to death.
“Thank you for saving my life, Young Master Albion!” Klein Seymour expressed his gratitude.
“Never mind that.” Albion shook his head and urged, “Hurry up and head into that building to seek cover! There’s a sniper onto you!”
“R-Right!”
Klein Seymour and Albion immediately ran into the nearby clothes store and out of sight from the sniper.
“Do you have any enemies apart from the Bloodmoon Gang?” Albion asked with a frown.
Klein Seymour shook his head and said, “I’ve always been amiable to others and live a frugal lifestyle with my family. Who could I possibly offend?”
“Clearly someone that doesn’t want you alive. Maybe a rival business competitor or someone wanting to buy over your big family’s business? Don’t tell me, the Bloodmoon Gang already found out what happened to their people?” Albion said with a deeper frown.
The culprit was clearly someone with a great background. The explosion was no mere coincidence but a distraction. The real aim was Mr. Klein’s life!
“I don’t have any shares in the business. Why would they go after me? They would go after—oh no, I have to warn my family!” Klein Seymour suddenly exclaimed and took out his phone to call his family.
“Big Brother, are you alright? Where are you now? I just arrived on Coral Street, and there was a big explosion here.” William Seymour immediately spoke through the phone after picking up.
“I’m in one of the clothing stores nearby—No, listen to me. There’s a sniper outside aiming for my life. He might target your life too! You need to get out of there right now! It might be the work of the Bloodmoon Gang!”
“Oh, f*ck. Did you say a sniper? …Alright, I got it. I’ll worry about me, and you worry about you, okay? Stay safe, Big Brother!”
“I have Young Master Albion with me. You just need to worry about yourself!” Klein Seymour said to William Seymour on the phone.
“Alright, that’s good. I understand.” William Seymour said.
After a few more words, they shortly hung up the call. Klein Seymour proceeded to call his family members one by one and warned them to stay somewhere safe.
“What’s wrong, father? Is something up?” Eleanor answered her call.
Klein Seymour quickly inquired, “Where are you now?”
“I’m in the office. Where else?” Eleanor asked back with confusion and doubt. Her father sounded rather urgent. “Did something happened?”
“The office… that’s good. Don’t go outside. Father will pick you up after work later. It’s currently dangerous outside right now.”
“Dangerous? Did you get attacked, dad? Are you alright?” Eleanor said with concern.
“I’m fine, I’m fine. Young Master Albion saved me. Anyway, remember, don’t go out. I need to call the others now. Bye.” Klein Seymour said.
Eleanor wanted to inquire more, but her father already hung up before she could say anything else.
Klein Seymour turned to Albion and asked, “What should we do now, Young Master Albion?”
“I can go out and hunt down the sniper, but will you be fine on your own? Will you be able to hold your ground if you bump into gang members while I am gone?” Albion said after pondering for a moment.
“Probably not.”
Klein Seymour smiled awkwardly.
He practiced the Earth-Shattering Fist for a bit, but not enough to turn him into a proficient fighter. He will be screwed if he fought a Hunter.
“Never mind, I will stay then.. But I gotta say, Old Klein. Aren’t the crimes in your city a tad too high? What are the authorities doing?”
