I Created a World of Magic! Novel

Chapter 24

Chapter 24: Magical Music Box?

After entering the villa’s door, Charlot looked around.

The floor was made of pure wood and was covered with a layer of plush blankets. She was probably afraid that little Tina would fall on her.

On the walls, there were some rather artistic paintings and small specimens.

The decoration style of the room was slightly retro, but the ventilation and lighting were very good.

Apparently, the decoration was done by a master.

Walking along the spacious corridor, there were guest rooms, bedrooms, and living rooms on both sides of the corridor.

Tina was playing with a tall man in the toy room at the end of the corridor.

“Look, Tina. Who’s coming to see you!”

Nancy shouted from afar.

Tina turned around when she heard the voice, and an excited smile instantly appeared on her face!

“Brother Charlot!”

The little girl shouted happily and ran over quickly. She even lost one of her little slippers.

Then, she hugged Charlot who was already squatting down!

“Tina, have you practiced the Ice Elf Spell that your brother taught you well?”

Seeing this mischievous little girl, Charlot was very happy.

“Little Tina, are you alright?” he asked gently as he scratched the little girl’s nose with his finger.

“Yes!”

Little Tina nodded her head vigorously. She then turned around and pointed at her father, boasting loudly.

“Just now, I taught dad the Tactics of Dawn and the Ice Elf Spell, but he is too stupid to learn them!”

Hearing this, the tall man who was walking over revealed a doting smile and said, “My magic skills are not as good as yours.”

“You’re a big idiot! However, we can let brother Charlot teach you. He is the most powerful magician!”

Tina then raised her head and looked at Charlot with her big sparkling eyes. She said in a childish voice, “Brother Charlot, can you teach my daddy the Ice Elf Spell?”

Charlot laughed and said, “Okay, I’ll teach your father in a moment!”

Standing up, Charlot looked at Little Tina’s father and reached out her right hand.

“Charlot!”

“I’ve heard Tina say it before. Just call me Anthony!”

Anthony also reached out his right hand and shook Charlot’s hand.

“Come, my wife Nancy has already prepared a large table of dishes. Let’s eat and talk.”

“Okay.”

After handing the gift box to the hostess behind him, he followed Anthony to the dining hall.

The dining hall had obviously been carefully cleaned and decorated.

The moment Charlot entered, he smelled a faint scent of jasmine.

Anthony explained, “Little Tina loves jasmine the most. Nancy and I are usually busy with work. To compensate Tina, I buy her a fresh jasmine flower every week.”

Anthony helped Charlot pull out a chair at the dining table. He smiled and blinked as he continued, “And my wife loves roses the most!”

“Married women… always like flowers that symbolize romance.”

“That’s because you’re not usually romantic enough!”

As he spoke, Nancy, the hostess, walked into the dining room with a plate of dishes and scolded him with a smile.

Anthony shrugged at Charlot and smiled helplessly.

The happiness and warmth of the family of three were almost completely integrated into their daily life.

To be honest, Charlot was a little envious.

After a while, Little Tina, who was helping her mother in the kitchen, also brought a plate of food. She walked carefully to the dining room with small steps.

“Come, I will help you!”

“Thank you, Brother!” Little Tina was very sensible and thanked him loudly.

Then, she directly sat beside Charlot and looked at him with her big, adorable eyes.

“Charlot, can you teach me another magic spell?”

Upon thinking for a moment, he asked, “Does little Tina like magic very much?”

“Of course! When I grow up, I want to become the most powerful magician!”

The little girl clenched her little fists tightly with a determined expression.

“Haha!”

In response, Charlot and Anthony laughed out of goodwill together.

“Okay, then I will teach you another spell. What about this spell? It’s called the Music Box!”

Before the dishes were served, Charlot taught this self-created, simple spell to Tina.

In fact, this spell called Music Box was a basic wind spell, the most basic version of sound of the wind.

The effect of sound of the wind was to create ear-piercing sounds that could disturb the enemy’s attention through the combination of wind elements. It was an unconventional wind spell.

As for the music box, it could only randomly make the simplest combination of wind elements.

It could only release some very pleasant notes!

Tina was very smart. She was the first to learn the ice elf spell when she first learned it.

Now, after practicing the spell of dawn, Tina’s body had accumulated a small amount of magic power.

It was naturally not a problem to use it to release the Music Box!

Not long after, Nancy’s dishes were not all served on the table.

Little Tina’s Music Box magic was wonderful!

Beautiful notes kept coming out from the whirlwind above little Tina’s palm.

Her eyes were sparkling, and she kept exclaiming in surprise!

On the other side, Anthony did not disturb them and just watched quietly.

His eyes were filled with affection and relief.

Before long, Nancy carried the last dish into the dining room.

After putting down the dishes, Nancy took off her apron and sat beside Anthony.

“Mr. Charlot, thank you for teaching little Tina Magic. I’ve never seen her so happy!”

Nancy dressed like a housewife. As she spoke, she poured half a glass of red wine for herself and her husband.

“Anthony and I are very honored to have you as our guest this time.”

“Here’s to you!”

Charlot quickly stopped her, took the red wine, and poured half a glass for herself.

“Please, call me Charlot.”

“Little Tina is very talented, and she’s very eccentric. I like her very much.”

“As for magic… in the future, perhaps everyone will be able to learn magic. There’s nothing to be thankful for.”

“I’m very happy to be able to come to Little Tina’s home as a guest today. Let’s toast together.”

“Okay!”

Anthony nodded. He looked at Little Tina, who was blinking her big bright eyes beside Charlot, and suddenly asked, “Tina, do you want to drink a toast to Charlot?”

“Yes!”

“Then go and get yourself a bottle of Coke!”

Little Tina clapped her hands happily when she heard that. Without hesitation, she jumped down from the chair and ran to the fridge to get a coke.

Anthony explained, “Tina has cavities. We don’t usually let her consume confectionery or sweet drinks.”

Upon hearing that, Charlot nodded and smiled.

When Tina came back, the four of them knocked their glasses lightly.

“Cheers!”

“Cheers!”

“Come, Charlot. Try Nancy’s cooking. To be honest, I married her because of her good cooking!”

“Are you going to be seduced by other ladies who cook well?” Nancy pretended to be annoyed and patted Anthony on his shoulder.

The scene made Charlot smile as he began to enjoy his dinner.
