Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse Novel

Chapter 3340 Osmont's Decree! IV

Chapter 3340  Osmont’s Decree! IV

So a single decree could not be made, nor could they decrees be made one after another.

This only left behind the option…of making many, many decrees instantly.

All at once!

It wasn’t feasible.

It was viable.

At any one point in time, only a single authority could be expressed.

Only a single decree could be made.

But he wanted to make over a hundred Decrees instantly!

The only possible pathway for this…lay in Mana.

HUUM!

His eyes radiated a truly unfathomable blue light.

A light so heavy and so pristine unlike any other time in the past!

Mana.

It was developed, forged, and reforged again countless times over the past days.

Through Infinity, endless waves of mana coursed through intricate Fabled Omniverses- upon hundreds of layers of such intricate constructs.

Through Manadynamics, it was interwoven with ever greater complexity!

But what Noah wanted it to do now was a task it had never done before.

Yes, it could change and transform from its Basal forms of mana into another authority.

What he was asking it to do now was to transform into…everything.

All his concepts.

All his weavings.

And not just transformed, but simultaneously express with extreme purity of all of these concepts as Decrees!

As Ordinances!

If it was the past him from days ago, his complexity may not have been enough for such an ordeal.

But his current weavings.

His current complexity.

The body he occupied of an Origin Sacred Primal Megalonian!

It should be enough.

It had to be enough!

HUUUM!

Around Noah, a sea of gorgeous cerulean mana unfurled and began expanding outwards for light years.

The golden sea below was reflected in its grandeur as, shockingly, similar to Pyrrhus, its light went on to bathe this Megalos Mountain and even began stretching out towards the other 81 Megalos Mountains.

It radiated such profound purity and a sense of infinity that it felt like it could endlessly stretch out to even flow within the gaps of the Expanse and continue expanding outwards!

It was unprecedented as such a pure light was not meant to bloom.

Not with such intensity, and certainly not within this Reconstruction.

This Reconstruction.

At this moment, the billowing visage of the golden titan-like entity who had split the skies of the Megalos Mountain above looked down with ever greater focus towards Pyrrhus.

The light within his eyes reflected a greater sense of cognizance and greed as, at this moment, his hands thundered down with even greater fervor.

As if he had to get his hands on this being!

In the skies, even the Outsider turned back and gazed towards the visage of Pyrrhus with bright eyes of melancholy.

Even the Sealed figure of Quintessential Megalonian Nu that was being pulled towards the Titanic Invader in the skies gazed over with a look of reminiscence and regret.

On the distant Megalos Mountains, many Rare and Quintessential Megalonians had their eyes flickering with a greater concentration of radiance as they looked at the cerulean brilliance spreading out towards them, their eyes gaining a sense of cognizance as if they understood what was happening right now!

Their eyes filled with hatred and regret.

They looked towards the Invaders around them as…even though they knew in their hearts that nothing would change.

Even though they knew they were merely whispers of themselves in a reconstruction, their complexity of existence seethed as they pulled towards this seemingly endless source of brilliant blue light!

And their bodies gave off brighter glows as they roared with ferocity while charging toward their enemies, the existence around them beginning to distort.

Causality began to distort.

During such a shocking phenomenon, the man at the center of it all had many things flashing across his mind.

Memories from what seemed like a distant world- a distant part of him who was holding onto a Fireball Skill Book on a small world.

The moment this skill book had disappeared, he tapped into something greater.

The first time that his existence dipped into Mana.

When he released fireballs again and again behind a dilapidated apartment complex, it was mana that flowed out of him and transformed into clusters of fire. That same mana had been with him all these many months as today, its purity was many times more than that point in time.

Its complexity even more so!

And just like all those many months ago, at this moment, Noah allowed this same Mana to flow out of him endlessly.

It didn’t transform into fireballs, but his Existence permeated across every corner of this stretched out mana as he called out.

|O, Mana!|

…!

A single call.

A single Decree.

A single Ordinance of Mana!

But it wasn’t alone.

Simultaneously, at the same time this intent arose, the word [Mana] seemed to be overlapping with many other words!

It didn’t seem like a single word was uttered as at the same instant, many other words were uttered.

Many other Ordinances were called out at the same exact time!

|O, Quintessence!| |O, Infinity!| |O, Protagonist| |O, Loot!| |O, Cheats| |O, Manadynamics!| |O, Destiny!| |O, Entropy| |O, Kuklos!| |O, Ingeniare!|…!

Countless Decrees.

All contained in a single Decree.

It was unimaginable to even think of as this didn’t just occur here.

Across countless weavings, in the depths of the Megalos Beyond, within the Pantheon of Umbra.

Ozymandias was sitting in the midst of thousands of Outerversal Morphons, enjoying the eldritch wonders and uniqueness of these Entities as in the middle of these festivities.

His stellar obsidian skin radiated glory as he lifted up a golden cup while gazing at the endless darkness of the Megalos Beyond.

|Hmm?|

Nearby, the Great Wheel and a few other Great Ones that had gathered felt something as their gazes came to lock on him.

With his gaze expressing calmness and serenity, Ozymandias lifted up the golden cup as he decreed.

|Outerversal.|

…!

HUUUM!

As if he were merely uttering out something so simple.

As if it were the most common thing in existence!

He made such a decree at the same time as in distant weavings of a Reconstruction, the Decree of Mana and countless others were laid down.

And an instant after, the skies above the Megalos Pantheon of Umbra that was ten times the size of a normal Omniverse shuddered, waves of unfathomably pure obsidian Outerversal Authority flowing down from all directions towards a single entity as above him, a heavy decree bloomed.

The Great Ones nearby looked at such a scene with sheer incredulity as it did not at all seem real!
