Rise of the Cosmic_Emperor Novel

Chapter 611 - Untapped Potential.

The position soon changed and Hal had Elsa on all fours while he fucked her from behind and created sweet music with the smacking of his pelvis against her wonderful ass.

He grabbed her ass cheeks with his hands and kneaded the wonderful pliant and perfect flesh while he thrust into her repeatedly.

*Pah* *Pah* *Pah*

“Oh yesss… Right there” Elsa moaned while thrusting her ass back at him as hard as she could which got the session to be as impactful as ever.

Gone was her zeal to vie for control or her zeal to win…

Next time she was with Hal, that zeal would be sure to return but for now, she was totally putty in his hands…

She was completely at his mercy and she loved it…

When Hal leaned forward and reached to her front to grab and knead her breasts during which he pinched and pulled her nipples, the pleasure only increased and got more intense.

And then, Hal pulled out of her and picked her up as easily as if she weighed nothing before he pressed her against the wall and continued pounding.

Their dual cultivating session would not end for hours and she would continue having her orgasms with the next more impactful than the last while Hal kept pumping his seeds inside her after long trusting durations and multiple climaxes from her…

It was an experience Elsa would never forget and one that Hal would strive and succeed in beating the next time they cultivated…

That was guaranteed…

It was just how he was…

Like many others before her, Elsa eventually fell unconscious when she reached the limit of what she could take and was been completely all fucked out.

A still-energetic Hal was cross-legged in front of the couch and began to refine the essence he had received from the Semi-saint during this session and by the time he was done, Elsa was opening her eyes.

First, she looked at Hal, and then she sat up and could not help but smile.

Hal chuckled to himself as he saw her smile before he said,

“Yeah, I have that effect on ladies”

“Cocky much?” Elsa said and Hal rolled his eyes,

“It wasn’t a lie, was it?”

Elsa stood to her feet before she retrieved another robe from her spatial ring and then put it on,

“I have to say, you timed your return quite well” she said.

“I didn’t time anything. But what is so wonderful to be going on right now for you to say that?” Hal asked.

“The Monument of Ordinances. It arrived earlier than it should. Four thousand, five hundred years earlier than it should, to be exact.”

Elsa then went on to tell Hal as much as she knew about the monument but Hal of course knew certain things that she was unaware of.

In the tomb, everyone in the inner room had seen the artifact but none of them had known what it was for except him who had access to the knowledge through Grimoire.

Hal chuckled within himself.

When Grimoire had told him his entire life worth of energy would not be enough to power the beacon artifact, he had decided not to try to get it.

There was no point.

He banked on the fact that those who clearly wanted the artifact wanted the Monument and would use it to get it (the monument) to the Nexus world.

After all, why go through all that trouble for the Artifact and then just let it go to waste.

Either they were able to bring it here or they were not and either way, Hal was sure he would survive the four thousand, five hundred years before the Monument’s eventual arrival in the Nexus world.

In fact, he was sure he would not have to wait that long to have an Ordinance even without the monument but now that it was here, things were all the better.

According to Elsa, there were still a few weeks before the monument actually opened and allowed entry which meant he had a few weeks to prepare.

Prepare not only for his eventual attempts at Ordinance comprehension but for a major plan he had and needed to accomplish; Going to the Dystopian Continent.

Right now he had control over the Doxon family through tying them to his Devil seed and he also had ties with the Dane family in the Silva Duchy by being Melinda’s fiance but Hal did not feel it was enough just yet.

He had so much untapped potential all camping in his beast habitat and he wanted, no, he needed to get them out.

The untapped potential is, of course, his thousands of Devil beasts, a majority of whom had already taken human forms.

Hal was not only striving for dominance over the Haron/Human continent but over the entirety of the Nexus World.

Yes, he could stay in the Haron continent, take it over, and then wage war against Dystopia but he did not have the confidence that that was a solid plan.

He was using the current situation to come to this conclusion…

The war between the Human/Haron continent and the Dystopian continent had been going on for millennia and so far, they had mostly been equal to each other.

Hal did not doubt that the Harons were planning greater combative measures with which to take advantage in the war but he was not sure that would work because he was certain that the Dystopians had their own plans as well.

Anyway, he was not going to go the same route.

Because of their deeply embedded hatred for one another, there were certain lines that both powerhouses were reluctant to cross.

Especially the Haron continent who would not try infiltrating the Dystopian continent, although to be fair to them, Hal was sure it was a difficult task.

But it was a difficult task that he was going to accomplish.

And not just accomplish once but would also build a channel to connect the two continents and allow him to go and come between the two as he pleased completely without their knowledge.

His plan right now was to explore the Dystopian continent… To give his beasts the environment where they could run free and become the mighty force he needed them to be.

Not just petty backups he brought out of the habitat when he was in need.

He needed to start thinking even more like a leader… Like an Emperor…

That said, Hal also had some vain reasons for wanting to go to Dystopia…

While he had never been one to cry and wish for acceptance, he did admit to himself that the Dystopian side of the Nexus world would be much more accepting of who/what he was.

He could fully burst out his Devil ability and not have to get rid of all witnesses…

Don’t get him wrong, Hal had no problem with killing… He actually liked it but sometimes, the fact that he would have to kill all witnesses was very limiting on his abilities.

Also, there was the fact there were whole many races of ladies for his perverse self to enjoy. The general of the Dystopian Army as well as her niece easily came to his mind as targets…

In less than four weeks, he would enter the monument of Ordinances and was sure that, with the many Dystopian youngsters who would be in the monument, he would find his way to the Dystopian continent with no problem.

“You WILL be entering the monument right?” Elsa asked and Hal nodded,

“Of course, I will. Will you?” Hal asked.

“I might. Wouldn’t hurt to comprehend another ordinance. Maybe an Abstract Ordinance this time” as Elsa spoke, she used her Ordinance of force to pull Hal closer to herself so that they could lock lips.

When they separated, Hal smiled,

“Showoff” he said with a chuckle before the kiss resumed.

When Hal left the Evgeny territory later that evening, he did so in a carriage that had been provided by Elsa and as he left, Hal had a feeling that he was being watched.

That his presence in the territory had not gone unnoticed by certain powerful individuals in the family but he did not let it bother him too much as they seemed more than content with staying out of sight and not engaging for the meantime.

His destination upon leaving the Evgeny residence was, of course, the Sensual palace and as he had promised her, Hal let his familiar out of the Harem space and she was more than happy to be coiled around his arm while he showed his face to the guards by the Sensual palace gates.

When they saw his face, there was recognition that was followed by the respect that Hal suspected were not just from him being the Doxon prince but also from Emily’s order for him to be allowed in should he be seen.

They displayed a nice and commendable mix of respect and diligence as they let him in.

When Hal arrived at Emily’s residence, the Antonov woman was already there awaiting his arrival and before the carriage had even completely turned and made its way out of her courtyard, she was already pulling Hal’s hand so that he followed her towards her bedroom….
