Handling the rest wasn’t very difficult.
As an entity who had access to all events in the past, present, and future—pertaining to his sector—the Supreme Being set the perfect stage to carry out his grand plan.
During Christmas, the calling point, he summoned every human and granted them respective Gifts.
Of course, he excluded Jeremy Lewis intentionally, ensuring the whole thing seemed like a blunder on his part.
Fortunately, the human wasn’t very quick-witted, and so easily believed such a silly excuse.
Upon accepting the logic, the human’s path already began changing from its supposed one.
At that moment, God changed the causality of Jeremy Lewis’ life.
Whatever happened next was not predetermined. No, it was a brand new experience for him to enjoy.
And, that was when…
“I don’t want to go back. I’m staying here… with you! After all, I don’t have a Gift… Right?”
… The Human, Jeremy Lewis, took the first step toward a new reality.
The time they spent together was boundless, and they both witnessed the beginning—until the end—of the world.
Over and over.
They discussed.
They argued.
They conversed more.
It was a brand new, refreshing experience for the Supreme Being.
He came to the discovery of something… different.
Truly, even though Jeremy Lewis wasn’t the perfect example of a decent human, they had fun together.
However, even an eternity of fun would soon lose its luster.
It would soon be time to say goodbye.
“I’ll alter your memories, so you’ll have a different idea of what actually went on here.” The Supreme Being addressed his human friend—Jeremy Lewis.
“Ah, yeah. I get it. It’s funny how we’ve often discussed this, and it’s finally happening.”
“Are you confident? You won’t have a majority of your memories, you know?”
After everything they had been through, it wasn’t just the Supreme Being who had changed.
The human known as Jeremy Lewis had also transformed into something else entirely.
“You just watch. Besides, I have (G) Factor and (G) Karma, right? Though I think I’ll have to consciously start off with 90, instead of 100 points for the former…”
There was a Grade 2 Demon that was meant to devour Jeremy not long after he would return to Earth.
Altering the casualty of that death would take 10 points from his (G) Factor.
“Your Intelligence Stat will also be absurdly high. The System will compensate by slowly returning your past memories. But, you probably won’t get everything until after a long while.”
That was to be expected since Jeremy’s memory was too vast.
His Intelligence Stat would only reflect the bulk amount of information being stored and slowly restored by the System.
“Well, I’ll somehow find my way. Knowing my tendencies, I’ll survive as long as I have this power.” Jeremy spoke with unhindered confidence.
“You sound so certain. Even I can’t see the definite stream of your fate.”
Despite this, the human never ceased to make his usual smile.
“I know myself enough. I’m definitely going to cause a stir and gain the attention of the other Gods, but with the groundwork you’ve already put in place… I’m certain of it. I won’t die!”
The Supreme Being could not completely understand. How could a human, who wasn’t totally certain of his destiny, be so sure of his survival?
Any small error would lead to his demise.
“I won’t be able to help you too much, though.”
Jeremy Lewis let out another smile.
“You worry too much. I’ll be fine. Besides… what you’ve given me is plenty.”
He was referring to the artificial Gift he made—Subspace—as well as the (G) Essence.
Memories from the Sacred Hall would also slowly return, so there was also that factor to consider.
“Back in my world, this would be considered a cheat, you know? If I still manage to fail despite everything, then… that would just be sad.”
“You’ve lost in every reality. That wouldn’t surprise me.”
“H-hey! Have some faith in me. I guess I’ll have to prove you wrong.”
“I suppose.”
Both individuals chuckled in the blank room.
The white entity known as God looked at the man who had kept him company for so long. This would be the last time they met in such a way.
However, there was no regret in the Supreme Being’s heart.
Only anticipation!
“Show me, Jeremy Lewis. Show me how you’ll achieve your desire. How you will obtain everything!”
That was all there was to it.
The path of the Hoarder that he had chosen… God wanted to see the end of it.

“W-wha…?”
I was beyond astonished when I heard all that the guy on the Golden Screen uttered.
His words sounded so unreal, yet I couldn’t refute any of them. I was simply stuck, trying to accept what he said to be the truth.
“Y-you mean… you and I were…. and we spent all that time together?”
My memories told me differently, and there was also the fact that we supposedly spent enough time witnessing the beginning to the end of the Apocalypse together.
If that was the case, then…
“T-then, show me! I want to see everything! I want to remember everything!”
“Hahahaha! I’m sure you want to. That’s how you’ve always been—so greedy.” The white being on the screen laughed.
“Don’t worry. That time will come. That was the plan, anyway.”
“Plan, uh…” I murmured.
The Archangel beside me fidgeted, causing me to look in her direction.
She had been kneeling since the Supreme Being began his conversation, and while she didn’t seem to be tired, her body kept shaking uncomfortably.
It definitely showed that something was ering somewhere.
“Do you have something you’d like to comment on, Sariel?” The Supreme Being asked before I could part my lips.
Her body spasmed the moment his voice permeated the air.
I could tell from her attitude that she undoubtedly respected and worshipped the being who spoke.
It was no mystery, considering the fact that he was supposed to be God, and she was an Angel. Still…
… Something else burned within her at this point.
