Chapter 59 - The Clash And The Damage

Chapter 59: The Clash and the Damage

“NOW, DIE!” Pinto crazily shouted like a maniac and activated the tiny sword in his hand by crushing it.

The next moment, a projection of a giant white sword appeared above him. The sword suddenly emitted an intense pressure, forcing everyone in the throne room to kneel except Pinto.

It also tried to force Aakesh to kneel, but its pressure couldn’t even budge him, let alone make him kneel. His entire focus was on the projection with a solemn face.

“Why did you do this?” The next moment, a familiar voice to Pinto echoed in the throne room as Punta appeared. Immediately after his entrance, he too was made to kneel. He had to kneel despite attempting everything to stop him.

After Punta, several people appeared in the throne room, and everybody faced the same situation; they too were made to kneel. They had to kneel with their face touching the ground. They were the kings of the Kingdoms around the Bisan Kingdom.

They had never faced so much insult in their life, but at this point, their dignity wasn’t even a concern for them. Their concern was the death they felt coming closer to them with each passing moment. They tried to warp back, but their Qi was out of their control.

The projection above Pinto suddenly changed. It started turning into reality. The pressure emitting from the real sword made already kneeling people fall flat on the ground.

Right after the sword turned real, it locked Aakesh. The next moment it disappeared from above Pinto’s head.

The sword didn’t literally disappear. It moved so fast that it looked like it had disappeared. The next moment, the sword was right above Aakesh’s head, aiming to kill him.

Aakesh extended both of his hands to stop the sword from attacking him. He was only equivalent to a Tao Palace expert, so preventing the damage from it was going to be a challenge for him.

The sword clashed with Aakesh’s hands the next moment, and a loud explosion erupted in the throne room. The sound of the blast was so loud that everybody present in billions of miles around the royal palace heard it.

While in the throne room, only Pinto got excluded from the sound and shockwaves of the blast. He eagerly looked at the source of the explosion to see whether it worked or not. He waited for several seconds, but it didn’t create any damage that his uncle and grandfather had warned him.

The sword was the full power attack of his grandfather. When his grandfather gave it to him, he had warned him that if he used it against anybody lower than Tao Palace, it would cause the destruction of around several billion Yojanas.

“So, he was a Tao palace expert. I hope he had died,” He murmured to himself after seeing the damage concentrating only on the store owner.

There was no more pressure emanating from the sword, so everyone present in the throne room stood up straight. Everybody forgot about everything and only looked at the result of the clash of the sword and Aakesh.

No one could see what was happening as there was only a white light at the location of the clash. Everyone eagerly stared at that light as they would only find out the result after its disappearance.

Everyone had their hearts in their mouth as the light started fading out slowly. When the light completely faded, they were shocked to find out nothing. Neither was the store owner present there nor was there any damage to the chair he sat on.

“Yes, he died!” Pinto excitedly exclaimed, seeing Aakesh not there.

“Are you sure?” The next moment, a cold childlike voice colder than the absolute echoed in the throne room. The voice alone made everybody freeze in their positions as Aakesh and a cat ever whiter than the light appeared in front of everybody.

He looked uninjured except for his hands. His bones could be seen through the back of his hand as the blue blood continuously dripped to the ground. No expressions could be seen on his face, while the same couldn’t be said for the cat that appeared with him.

Flames darker than the void could be seen running through the cat whiskers.

“HOW ARE YOU avbagsha,”

Pinto exclaimed in shock, but his words came to a stop as the cat ripped his tongue apart so that he couldn’t speak.

“Shut up,” Lily angrily growled at Pinto, making him shut his mouth. She didn’t kill him until now because Aakesh told her not to. Otherwise, she wanted nothing more than to rip him to pieces.

A few seconds earlier,

“Can you handle the attack?” Lily concerningly asked Aakesh after seeing him extending his hands to control the blast.

“Yes, but there’s going to be injuries,” Aakesh responded while his entire focus was on containing the damage in his hand as the sword had already clashed with him.

Lily then activated the skill Time Shield to decrease the damage as much as possible. Time passed, he was able to contain the destruction in his hands, but he would have almost lost one of his fingers if Lily wouldn’t have activated the Time Shield on time.

“Let me heal you!” She concerningly said.

“No need, it would heal on its own,” He refused as his healing speed was no less than Immortals. In only a few minutes, his hands would become the same as before.

“But too much blood is leaking,” She retorted, seeing blue blood dripping out continuously.

“Let it be. It is my first real physical injury,” Aakesh refused again. He had always had wounds in virtual simulations; it was the first time he had faced injuries in reality. He would take it as an experience.

“I am going to torture him!” The next moment, the air around him turned cold as Lily coldly announced.

“No, I would handle it,” Aakesh bluntly refused.

“You…” Lily, in anger after three straight refusals, couldn’t even complete her sentence.

“Don’t worry,” He responded as he patted lily with his bloodied hands. Lily didn’t dodge and let him pat her even though her fur would get dirty.

“So, you took the risk of killing trillions of innocents to harm me,” Aakesh expressionlessly asked Pinto after stopping Lily from further harming him.
