An Luxia opened her eyes.
It took a few seconds for her vision to focus on the man’s face a few inches above her. She sucked in a breath of cold air when their eyes met.
They stared at each other for several long seconds before An Luxia’s lips curled up into a small smile.
“What’s your name?” She asked sweetly.
The man furrowed his eyebrows in thought for a few seconds before he replied coldly, “Mo Han.”
“Mo Han. . .” An Luxia repeated, “Age? Height? Occupation?”
Mo Han licked his lips and tilted his head slightly, leaning down a little more so the distance between them decreased, “27, 192 cm. . . businessman.”
An Luxia’s eyes widened slightly as she looked him up and down, although she didn’t have that great of a view since she was underneath him. 192?!
Finally, she narrowed her eyes and asked one more question.
“Salary?”
Mo Han was slightly taken aback, but then his lips curled up into an amused grin, “7 figures.”
“Annually?”
He shook his head, “Monthly.”
There was a few seconds of silence before An Luxia pushed her head back further into the pillow and grinned, “Are you going to do something to me?”
Mo Han raised one eyebrow amusedly and blinked a few times, “. . . That is the plan.”
The next second, An Luxia had her arms wrapped around his neck, and with a quick press, Mo Han’s body was pulled down and their lips sealed together.
He forgot to respond for several seconds from shock, and he stared at her closed eyes and fluttering eyelashes for a while before he knit his eyebrows together, closed his own eyes, and returned the kiss.
The temperature in the room rose as the two bodies on the bed entangled together.
— The next morning
When An Luxia woke up, she had absolutely no clue what time it was because the room was completely dark. The black curtains were pulled together, allowing no light to enter the room.
She slowly blinked her eyes open and stared up at the black ceiling, her mind blank. What happened?
After what seemed like a long time, she slowly lifted one arm out of the black silk blanket and tried to push herself up from the bed to find that her body was incredibly sore. Especially her lower body. . . it hurt?!
“Hm. . .” She used all her strength to push herself up and lean back against the black headboard. She let out a breath of relief and looked up, only to suddenly gasp.
In the corner of the room sitting on a black couch, a man had his legs crossed elegantly and his eyes staring directly at her.
Because of the darkness, it took a while until she was finally able to make out his face. When she did, her eyes widened slightly and her hand’s grasp on the silk blanket tightened.
So she indeed wasn’t dreaming. He looked just as handsome as she had imagined – Well, not imagined. . . saw.
His eyes were a very dark brown color, and they made his entire face seem very cold and kind of. . . scary. However, An Luxia was not scared of him because. . . he was so handsome!
That sharp jawline, those thin lips, that tall and pointed nose, that pale skin which seemed to be even smoother than hers! As a professional and qualified face dog*, An Luxia couldn’t help but lick her lips at the sight.
He was wearing a black silk robe, revealing about half of his chest. However, that only made her want to open it further to see more of the beautiful sight hidden underneath the cloth.
Yes, she was indeed that type of person!
An Luxia tilted her body slightly, not moving her gaze on the man though. As she did, she immediately felt the soreness and pain again.
She thought back to what she had remembered to be her “hallucination” and images of last night flashed back. So it wasn’t a dream. . . She had slept with that man! That incredibly handsome man!
And if she remembered correctly, he was four years older than her, had a good height, occupation, and salary.
Remembering the horrid situation she was in, An Luxia narrowed her eyes as a fierce sparkle flashed past her eyes.
The man did not seem to be annoyed or impatient as he sat still on the couch, gently tapping his feet in a rhythmic pattern.
They stared at each other for another few seconds, both not talking or breaking the awkward silence. Finally, An Luxia gave up. She was not the patient type.
“Let’s get married.”
