While the bunch of zombies were busily looking at the black ball of energy, Qin Hua dove out of the shadow and silently finished off the zombie she had previously maimed.

The other zombies immediately noticed her presence and started to dash towards her once again, but she clutched the head of the fallen one in her mouth and took a big bite, scooping out the mana core.
She then quickly disappeared back into the shadow, leaving behind only the zombie’s head which fell down with a thud on the ground, brain, and blood spilling out.
The mana core instantly dissolved, somewhat quenching her stamina, health, and mana pool and she even gained more attributes from these stronger zombies.

[Again!] She growled in excitement and leaped back out of the shadow onto one of the zombies in the back, closest to her.
There were three standing next to next and these were the weak strays that had joined the fight after getting attracted by the sound and movement.
She killed all three of them in the span of a second, bashing them together into meat paste with one single swipe of her paw.

She didn’t bother collecting the mana cores from these just yet because the chaos ball could disappear at any instant and she didn’t want to waste this precious time.
She jumped into another shadow and moved closer to the zombie that was lobbing around fireballs wildly. She hated dodging these and she wanted to at least get rid of this one while the confusion lasted.
But weirdly, as she neared it, the zombie turned towards her even though she was hidden in the shadow. [Can it sense me somehow?]
She revealed herself dodging the ball of fire which promptly came flying towards her and the next instant, others as well once again began rushing towards her.
[Damn it!] Qin Hua dashed forward pouncing on the zombie that seemed faster than the others and chomped down on it instead of attacking the one with the fire ability.
She then rammed her body against it and pushed it towards the one shooting out fires, both of them falling back. But it hardly did anything again as they stood back up and started dashing towards her once again.
Meanwhile, the chaos ball bounced off of one of the zombies on the left side and was headed to one of the weaklings.
Qin Hua’s eyes shone as she quickly positioned herself behind the zombie and just as the ball of energy shot through the weakling, the two stronger zombies came dashing at her and she ducked into a shadow at the last minute, the ball then directly smashing onto the two of them.
Kaboom!!!
A loud blast sounded and both the zombies were blasted to smithereens.

The ball had been slowly gathering energy and growing in size as it had already bounced off more than a few times. So it was powerful enough to decimate both the zombies, punching a big hole through both of them, and exploded right after, dispersing into nothingness.
Qin Hua saw this and sighed in relief, glad that the attack had lasted for so long.
She had also fallen back from the impact as she was caught in the crossfire of the explosion but nevertheless, she grinned wildly.
There were now only two strong zombies in front of her and one had a huge hole in its stomach! This was something she could totally handle!
Before she attacked them, her eyes darted towards the bloody mess and she saw two shining orbs in the midst of the scattered flesh and bones of the zombies.
She quickly reached for it, absorbing the stat points and refilling her stamina and health.
<Ding. Agility +10>
<Ding. Strength +10>
Qin Hua licked her lips in satisfaction as she felt her body becoming lighter and stronger.
The higher-level zombies were indeed difficult to battle but they also gave out proportionally bigger rewards.
She then turned her gaze and dashed towards the last two zombies, one almost at the deathbed and the other weirdly whipping its hands about.
Instead of human hands, this zombie had sharp metallic whips instead and it tried to slice and dice the dog standing in front of it.
This fight was going to be difficult, but the zombie’s ability was not that intimidating either.
Having faced this much, Qin Hua did not even think twice and instinctively activated [Dash] ability and dodged the whip attacks.
Her mana was almost fully recovered and she only needed to wait for a few seconds before casting chaos ball again. She planned to throw the ball at the zombie and then slip back and attack from behind.
The other zombie was so slow dragging its feet that she didn’t even bother paying attention to it at the moment.
But just as she dove into a shadow and appeared behind that zombie, suddenly Qin Hua felt her back prickle and as she turned around, she saw the three green creatures once again!
The zombie as well noticed her presence behind it and turned around flailing its whips at her once again.
[Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Why the fuck am I once again cornered!]
Qin Hua glared at the goblins in front of her. The bastards had waited until she was worn out and was in a disadvantageous position before making their move.
She could clearly see the thoughts running in their brain. Just like how she had killed the rat for points, these creatures circled her. Here, she was the beast and they were hunting her.
Amused at this role reversal, she snarled, revealing her threatening canines. [Bring it on!]
It was either kill or die and she was not planning to die today! Awwooooooo!
